Bring your community to life in every language

The Translation feature ensures every part of your app—from navigation to listings to dynamic content—can be experienced in the language people are most comfortable using.

Instead of forcing newcomers, visitors, or multilingual residents to navigate critical information in a second language, the entire experience adapts automatically. You can prioritize the most common languages in your community, while giving users the freedom to switch at any time—making your app truly accessible from the first interaction.

Why we do what we do.

From the very beginning, language has been the biggest barrier to belonging.

Our founders are first- and second-generation immigrants who experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to find trusted information in a new city—especially when resources are scattered, outdated, or only available in one language.

Translation wasn’t added later. It’s why the platform exists.

The earliest version of the Welcome Platform was built to bring local resources in Sarnia-Lambton into one place—fully translated and accessible—so newcomers could understand what support was available to them, without relying on guesswork or informal help.

That early pilot, delivered in partnership with local organizations, shaped everything that followed. It set a clear standard: if information isn’t accessible in someone’s language, it isn’t truly accessible at all.

As the platform expanded into more communities, translation remained a foundational requirement—not an optional feature. With continued investment in AI, language coverage, and real-world usage across diverse populations, the experience has only grown stronger.

Today, translation is embedded across the entire platform—because equitable access isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s the starting point for trust, confidence, and real connection.

Language without limits.

Create categories that match how people search (not how websites are structured), and publish listings with the details that reduce confusion—what it is, who it’s for, how to access it, and where to go next.

Content automatically adapts to each user’s preferred language
Conversations with AI return answers in the language the user chooses
Navigation, labels, and system messages stay consistent across languages
One publishing workflow, one source of truth, global reach
